Afia Media to Unveil Inaugural Annual Lecture and Awards in Enugu

Afia Media will host a press conference on Wednesday, July 8, 2026, to officially announce the inaugural edition of the Afia Annual Lecture and Awards 2026.

Afia media is the operators of Afia TV and Afia Radio, both operating from the coal City capital of Enugu State.

The event, described as a flagship platform to foster thought leadership, celebrate excellence, and promote conversations on the future of Eastern Nigeria, will be unveiled at Afia TV Studios, Plot 7 Ikeje Asogwa Drive, Coal City Garden Estate, GRA, behind the CBN office, Opara Avenue, Enugu. The briefing is scheduled for 10 a.m.

According to the facilitator of a media invitation preceding the launch, Adedoyin Giwa, the press conference will disclose the event theme, brand identity, award categories, and other key highlights ahead of the inaugural edition.

Afia Media called on media partners to attend and cover the launch, describing it as a landmark initiative.
