De Norsemen Kclub celebrates security, paramilitary agencies

The foundation of the world was shaken when a foremost global humanitarian service organization, De Norsemen Kclub, held their 2025 De Norsemen Humanitarian Day with the theme: 'Compassion Without Borders'.

This year's celebration was streamlined towards security agencies and paramilitary organizations. 

According to the International President, De Norsemen Kclub International, Chief Engr Chidi Anokwu, who observed the celebration in Ghana Chapter said: 

"Our focus on this year's celebration is the security agencies and paramilitary organizations. We appreciate the work they are doing to make sure that we are safe. Targeting them in this celebration is a way of saying, thank you. Do more."

As part of the demand of the day, the International President led other notable leaders of the organization like his Chief of Staff, Engr Solomon Olali; Director South East, Prince Egwuonwu; Guv'nor of Ghana Chapter, Ekene Ugwoechiama and other members of the Kclub to Tuba Divisional Police Headquarters where they presented many water dispensers and refrigerators.

The spokesperson of Tuba Divisional Police HEADQUARTERS thanked the organization and pledged to cooperate with the organization in all their activities. 

" Thank you for your presentation and the items you have donated will be well utilized. We will consolidate the existing relationship between our division and De Norsemen Kclub International, Ghana Chapter", he said.

In Abia State, the Guv'nor of De Norsemen Kclub International in the state, Mr Jude Okenwa, led Norsemen in the state to deliver humanitarian services to police formations in Aba. The chapter renovated and handed over Police Conference Hall at Ndiegoro Police Division.

The DPO of the Division, CSP Frank Umelu I, who was represented by the DCO, SP Ndubuisi Cyril, thanked the organization and pleaded for more assistance.

"Thank you for remembering our Division. On behalf of the DPO, we have noted what you have done. We plead that you replicate this gesture in our other Divisions in the State."

They also mounted Security Searchlights at Scorpion/Scissors Base, Orji Uzor Kalu Bridge, Opposite Good Morning Market, Aba. The Commander of the Base Chukwuemeka, who spoke on behalf of the Nigerian Police thanked De Norsemen for coming to their aid.

"We are happy with what De Norsemen has done for this Base. On behalf of the CP, Abia State, we are grateful. The illumination of this place will enhance our operations and boost the morale of our men." He added.

De Norsemen Kclub International also lived up to expectation in many states, giving succour to humanity.

Ondo State Chapter visited a Juvenile Home in Akure and donated foodstuffs and sanitary materials. Imo State Chapter visited Owerri Correctional Centre and presented food, drugs and clothing to the inmates.

In the FCT, the humanitarian hurricane swept through the Federal Capital Territory, as the FCT Chapter visited schools and paid school fees for indigent students and provided learning materials like books and bags. The Chapter also distributed vehicle tires to police stations in Abuja.

Akwa Ibom State Chapter, led by Jones Akpan, put smiles in the faces of patients at Anua Hospital where medical bills were paid. Leaders and members of Ogun State Chapter were at Nigerian Hunters and Forest Security Services to celebrate their 2025 De Norsemen Kclub humanitarian Day.

Pairs of service uniforms, food and cash were donated in appreciation of the service they render to the country.

The wind of charity also blew across Ebonyi State Chapter. The Chapter, led by Okenwa Nnachi, visited Correctional Centres and donated cash and other relevant items to them. Bayelsa State Chapter, under the leadership of Chief Anthony Oboghor, constructed a borehole to provide potable water for officers and inmates at Nigerian Correctional Centre, Okaka, Bayelsa State. Delta State Chapter was also at Agbor Correctional Centre where they donated foodstuff and secured the release of four inmates.

In Russia, Mali, USA, Indonesia , China, India, Germany and so many other countries where De Norsemen Kclub has presence, the echo of their humanitarian services reverberated across the lands and the seas, with specific services to orphanages and needy homes.

Describing the outcome, Chief Rasheed Ganiyu, Director, Directorate of Humanitarian Services of De Norsemen Kclub International, expressed satisfaction with the quality of services delivered across the chapters.

"2025 Humanitarian Service of our noble organization is a huge success. De Norsemen Kclub International is purely a Humanitarian organization whose goal is to put smiles in the faces people, solve institutional needs and create a society devoid of pain, strife and violence.

"I thank our International President and team for their outstanding leadership. I also commend our members who mobilized all the resources, through act of dedication, for the high level of successes we recorded. We will always do more." He concluded.

De Norsemen Kclub International, with CAC registration number, 7458, celebrates its Humanitarian Day on the 15th of October, every year.
