Ezeugwu Launches ‘Display Your CV’ Challenge for Igbo-Eze North/Udenu NDC Aspirants

A former Leader of Enugu State House of Assembly, Dr. Ikechukwu Ezeugwu, has called on aspirants contesting the Igbo-Eze North/Udenu Federal Constituency seat under the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC) to publicly disclose their credentials.

Ezeugwu unveiled the “Display Your CV” challenge, saying the era of vague promises and unverified claims must give way to openness and credibility in leadership. 

He argued that voters in Igbo-Eze North and Udenu Local Government Areas deserve to know the competence, experience, and track records of those seeking to represent them in the House of Representatives.

“Presenting verifiable credentials is not just a moral obligation but a necessary step toward restoring public trust in the political process,” he said.

The former lawmaker said the initiative was aimed at ending what he described as “anything goes” politics and pushing for greater accountability to the electorate.

Ezeugwu, who has previously advocated for electoral reforms, said his call aligns with a governance philosophy anchored on service, accountability, and people-centered development. 

He pointed to his record in the Enugu State House of Assembly and his work through the Ikechukwu Ezeugwu Foundation as examples of his approach to public service.
