VIDEO: Benjamin Eze emerges ADC Consensus Candidate for Igboeze North/Udenu Fed. constituency

High Chief Chimaobi Benjamin Sunday Eze, on Thursday, emerged the consensus candidate of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) for Igboeze North/Udenu Federal constituency in Enugu state.

Eze emerged in a primary election conducted at both Udenu and Igboeze North local government areas with party members and Stakeholders in attendance.

ADC had zoned the ticket for the federal Constituency to Udenu local government area which in turn micro zoned the ticket to Obollo.

Speaking shortly after the conduct, Eze affirmed confidence on the National leadership of David Mark and Rauf Aregbesola as National Chairman and National Secretary of the ADC, respectively.

He also expressed satisfaction with the leadership of the ADC in Enugu state led by General Chris Eze (rtd), stating that the party was in good hands at both the federal and state levels.

Eze urged party members to remain steadfast with the ADC as the emerging national ruling party, expressing hope that the party will triumph above its rival political parties in the 2027 general elections and urged the party members to maintain high spirits.

Eze told his constituents that he was still very much in the race, seeking for the mandate of the people of Igboeze North/Udenu Federal constituency to represent them at at lower chamber of the National Assembly.

He recalled to have told his constituents that his track record in the public and community services have endeared him for higher jobs, noting that his attraction to the position is his desire for better representation and accountability in public service.

"Change is the ability to act differently. Genuine performance goes with delivery, Leadership is synonymous with accountability which should apply at all levels. These are the hallmarks of my pledge which I must remain committed to," Eze reinstated.
