Controversial native doctor in Anambra State, Chukwudozie Nwangwu, better know as Akwa Okuko, has reportedly pledged guilty to crimes preferred against him by the Anambra state government.
Daily Insider gathered that he pleaded guilty in the Anambra state high court on Friday.
Popularly known as Akwa Okuko Tiwara Aki, he claims to be spiritual healer, and entrepreneur from Oba, Idemili South, Anambra State. Born on January 29, 1998, he's known for his traditional spiritual services, including rituals for wealth, fame, love, and protection.
His spiritual services include offering solution to marital issues, charms, court cases, visa approval, business progress, and spiritual cleansing.
He owns Golden Egg Hotel in Oba and other businesses estimated net worth: $500,000
He was abducted in July 2023, released after paying ₦350 million ransom. He was accused of providing ineffective charms and involved in money rituals.
He has been in detention since 2025 by the Anambra State government, and was reportedly facing health challenges.
