Enugu, now working
A Guild of Public Affairs Analysts of Nigeria, GPAAN, has certified that Governor Peter Mbah of Enugu state has performed highly in the administration and development of the state in the past two years.
The analysts who made the passmark after a tour of the projects executed by the Mbah administration, stated that without being biased, they were in conclusion that Gov Mbah is visionary, bold and transformational in his leadership of the state.
Chairman of the group, Dr. Ambrose Igboke, said that what they saw in the three days tour was not just construction works but a deliberate and well-thought-out blueprint aimed at repositioning Enugu for global relevance.
Igbokwe said that they were not cheerleaders of government but on a job to hold the government accountable, commend it in appropriate places and make recommendations where necessary.
"But it is important that we speak the truth: Enugu is undergoing a quiet revolution,” Igbo said, commending Governor Mbah’s vision for urban expansion and rural integration, particularly the New Enugu City project.
